How do I make it faster or slower?
Lower the frame delay for a faster animation, raise it for a slower one. 100ms is fast (~10 fps); 400–600ms makes a relaxed slideshow.
Why is my GIF a large file?
GIFs grow with size, frame count and detail. Reduce the max size, use fewer frames, or resize your photos first to keep the file small.
